Who You Are Dealing With
This service is run by the operator of this site. The written route to us is Get Help inside your account, which keeps a thread attached to the account it is about.
This service does not hold a gambling licence, and no regulator supervises it. You are choosing to play on an unlicensed service, and the protections a licence would give you do not apply here.
The Short Version
These pages are written to be read, not to be survived, so the parts that matter most are worth having in one place:
- You must be an adult, and your identity is checked against a document before any money is paid out.
- A deposit is credited by a person; a withdrawal is held by a person. Neither is instant.
- The house takes a published percentage of every pot. Over time, players lose at that rate.
- A settled round is final, unless a fault means the whole round is voided and everyone refunded.
- A round with its winner set in advance says so on its own page, before any ticket in it is sold.
- Your documents and money records are kept for five years after an account closes, then destroyed.
- Nothing about you goes to an advertiser, an analytics company or a data broker. There are none here.
Where any of that conflicts with a policy page, the policy page is what governs. This list is a summary, not a substitute.
